Holy Name Society
This group is dedicated to the spiritual development of its members, by participating in Liturgy, Nocturnal Adoration, and other prayer services. We also promote community by hosting parish events.
Specific Things we do:
Members participate in a Nocturnal Adoration Hour at St. James Church in Red Bank, rotating the time each month.)
Members serve at 9:00 AM Mass on the second Sunday of the month as Readers, Gift Bearers, and Extraordinary Ministers, and serve as Ushers at Masses. They sponsor continental breakfasts on the fourth Sunday, and promote community through parish events. For example, they work with the Rosarians to sponsor an annual Communion Breakfast, and they host an annual St. Patrick’s Dinner Dance.
